Official rulings
- If one of the target creatures you control is an illegal target when Coordinated Clobbering begins to resolve (perhaps because it's no longer on the battlefield or because it's tapped), that creature won't deal any damage. If the target creature an opponent controls is an illegal target, no damage will be dealt. (2024-09-20)
